MISSION REQUIREMENTS & PROJECT OBJECTIVES

The project was set with strict requirements to serve critical military operations:

• Primary Goal: To comprehensively modernize the auditorium's projection system, serving conferences, briefings, training sessions, and significant ceremonies of the Military Region.

• Technical Requirements: Required a large-format seamless screen with high resolution, precise color reproduction, and absolute reliability to ensure stable operation during every working session.

• Schedule Requirements: Construction and completion within an extremely tight timeframe to avoid disrupting the unit's operational schedule.

SELECTED TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTION: Q3 LED CABINET SYSTEM

To meet these stringent requirements, Phuoc Son consulted and deployed the Indoor Q3 LED Display System.

• Product Insight: The "Q3" series is a high-performance LED display with a pixel pitch of ~3mm, constructed from standard 576x576mm cabinets. Unlike loose modules, this cabinet system ensures:

  • Absolute Precision: The cabinets are die-cast from high-precision aluminum. When assembled, they create a perfectly flat surface with no gaps.

  • Rapid Installation: Smart locking systems between cabinets significantly shorten construction time.

  • Easy Maintenance: Individual cabinets can be easily replaced for maintenance without affecting the entire system.

PLANNING & EXECUTION: COMPLETING 63M² IN JUST 4 DAYS

The highlight of this project was the speed of execution. With a massive workload involving 180 LED cabinets and a complex structural system, Phuoc Son’s team executed a detailed and scientific plan:

• Day 1-2: Material staging and construction of the precision-engineered steel support structure.

• Day 3: Installation of all 180 cabinets onto the frame, connecting the signal and power systems.

• Day 4: System calibration, testing, handover, and operational training.

Completing the entire 63m² project in just 4 days is a record achievement, demonstrating the superior project management and technical proficiency of the Phuoc Son team.
